Even I had trouble getting through writing this exposé, and had to take frequent breaks. With that I introduce you to tonight’s serial killer: Joseph Duncan III. As with so many American serial killers; he too was raised in and committed most of his crimes on the pacific northwest. He is in addition to a serial killer a serial rapist, kidnapper and a predatory pedophile.
